For many years mankind has been wondering whether there is life on other planets and what these planets are. A huge amounts of money are spent on this sphere whereas some people claim that our native planet need urgent help and it would be better to spend money here. Talking about myself, i am not keen on scientific topic and do not admit the idea of investing billions in the space exploration. I think we had better spent them to solve problems of the contemporary world such as hunger, poverty, ecological issues. It was said that we should learn more about space due to the danger it can bring to us, for example, a meteorite. From this point of view i agree, we should develop this branch of science but it's unnecessary to make it a problem number 1. In my opinion, helping children in Africa is more important than building rockets, isn't it? We should help our planet now and here or it will be late to save the earth.
